Plot:A young man has only ten days to locate his soulmate as dictated by the
stars, otherwise he could lose a fortune. He thus embarks on a journey
through love, looking through twelve girls to find the one who fits his
horoscope.
Plot: Sankat City’ is Mumbai,
maximum city
filtered and distilled via its minimum people. In one of the sharpest
scenes from Pankaj Advani’s zippy, kooky comedy, a tattered king of the
landfills points to mountains of rubbish heaps —that one is Goregaon,
and that is Versova. And then a tractor runs over a money-filled tote,
spilling thousand rupee notes into the noxious air
Plot: Kaminey is
about Charlie and Guddu, twin brothers played by Shahid Kapoor, both of
whom suffer from speech impediments and who can’t stand the sight of
each other. Charlie, who pronounces S as F, is a small time gangster.
Guddu, who stammers, is a mousy NGO worker.
Plot: Arvind (Vivek Oberoi) and LakshmiAntara
Mali) are in love and want to get married, however, Lakshmi's
father is against their marriage. Hence the two decide to elope from Delhi and
get married in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. (They bump into a smooth-talking hitchhikerBabu (Manoj
Bajpai) who is stranded in the middle of nowhere. Babu convinces
the young couple to give him a lift. Travelling with Babu proves an
irritation for Arvind and Lakshmi.
Soon, Lakshmi finds herself hostage of an armed Babu. Thanks to the
timely intervention of truck driver Inderpal (Makrand Deshpande), Arvind rescues Lakshmi from Babu's
clutches.
Plot: An inspector heads to Chinatown, a resort, to investigate the occurrence
of a crime, only to discover that in Chinatown, EVERYBODY is a
criminal.
Plot: Aditya Kashyap (Shahid Kapoor), a demoralized industrialist, gets even
more depressed after attending the marriage of the girl he loves the
most.
